Messy Gladness and Generosity
Saturday 13th June 3-5pm
Join our celebrations from your own home

Our next Messy Church will be running online this Saturday!

How will it work?
We have set up a ‘Messy Church at Home’ playlist on YouTube.
There you will find a range of videos, created by our Messy Church team, of different activities for you to join in with at home.

We will all start together at 3pm, watching the ‘Welcome to Messy Church’ video.
You can then choose which activities you would like to complete from the playlist of videos on YouTube. You might choose to do some, or maybe all of them.

At 4:30pm we will all pause our activities and gather together on Zoom for a live ‘Messy Church Celebration’. Here we will listen to a story, pray together and share examples of the things we have created, followed by some songs of celebration.

Please contact Abi for the link
What will I need?
All of the activities have been created to consider the resources that you may have available at home.
If you do not have the items used in the videos, you can either swap for the items you do have, or skip ahead to the next video.
You might want to have some of the following items out ready to use:

  • ingredients to make cookies
  • ingredients to make pizza
  • colouring pens/pencils
  • stickers
  • clay/ playdough
  • card
  • milk bottle/carton
  • juice carton
  • paint
  • recycling for junk modelling
  • empty jar/pot
  • old newspaper/ magazine
  • cotton wool
Some resources for activities are available in resource packs that can be collected from the Orchard at St Margaret’s on Saturday morning (13th June) between 10am and 12 noon
These packs include:
  • clay
  • sparkly sequins
  • stickers
  • cotton wool balls
  • ‘Send some Love’ print outs

Let us know if you are planning on coming to collect a resources pack, so that we can make sure enough are available, by emailing
